Where this comes from.
Fleet Ventures is one of several venture lines operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd, a Chennai-based firm working in business process operations and project delivery.
Akontec's core work is running operations for clients — support desks, back office, process delivery — from centres in India for businesses abroad. Fleet Ventures exists because that capability turns out to be the missing piece for a particular kind of owner: someone with capital who wants to own an operating business in the United States or the United Kingdom, and who has no way to run it day to day from where they live.
Setting a company up abroad is not hard, and there is no shortage of firms who will do it. What defeats people is month seven, when a vehicle needs an inspection booked, a renter has stopped paying, an insurance renewal is due and a filing deadline has passed unnoticed. That is operations work, and it is what we already do.
So the offer is deliberately structured in two halves. We set the business up properly, coordinating licensed professionals for everything that is regulated. Then we run it, from a desk, within an authority schedule you set, and we take a share of the profit so that our interest and yours point the same way.
We also say no. Not every enquiry becomes a venture, and the first conversation is as much about establishing whether this is genuinely a fit as it is about selling anything. An owner who was never going to succeed at this is not a client we want.
Four principles we will not trade away.
Nothing invented
If we do not know a number, we say so and go and find it. Figures we show you are labelled as planning ranges with the assumptions stated. We do not present a model as a forecast.
Regulated work goes to licensed people
Legal, tax, insurance placement and inspection are performed by licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction, engaged directly by you. We coordinate. We do not pretend to hold qualifications we do not have.
You own everything
Company, licences, assets, technology accounts, documents and operating manual. If you leave us, the business keeps running on its own paperwork.
We say no
If your objective is a visa, if you need guaranteed income, or if the plan does not work in the city you want, we will tell you on the first call rather than take the engagement fee.

A fourth line, convenience retail, operates at mart.akontec.com. Unlike the others it requires a paid manager physically present in the store every day, and we say so on that site rather than presenting it as passive ownership.
